Learn to Curl
Our Adult Learn to Curl program is designed for individuals 18+. It is a six-week program held on Tuesday nights from 7:00 until 8:30. The fall offering is scheduled to take place from October 24 to December 5th. The winter offering will run from January 9th to February 13h.
The cost is $100.00 ($88.50 + $11.50 HST) for club members, $160.00 ($141.60 + $18.40 HST) for non-members.
Our trainers will help you learn the basics of this great sport. If you have physical restrictions, our instructors will help you learn to use a delivery stick.
At the end of this course, you will be able to propel a rock down the ice, brush effectively, know the rules of the game and be able to play the game at a novice level.
You will have the chance to play different positions: lead, second, third and skip and understand the requirements of each position. You will then be able to move on to almost any league after the course.
