Youth Curling League
Our youth programs teach young curlers the rules of curling along with techniques in a safe and fun environment. Each program is instructed by coaches and offers both non-competitive and competitive opportunities for all curlers. We are always accepting new curlers, come out for a rocking time!
Little Rocks (ages 6 – 12)
$110.62 + $14.38 HST = $125.00
Bantam (ages 13 – 16)
$123.90 + $16.10 HST = $140.00*
Junior (ages 17 – 20)
$221.24 + $28.76 HST = $250.00
*Additional $60 for joining an evening league (at the discretion of the coach and league convener).
NOTE: The Prescott Curling Centre is NOT peanut free.
Little Rocks
Ages 6-12 years
* Helmets (ice or curling) are NOW mandatory for Youth curlers 12 years and under and must be CSA-approved.

Sunday – arrive at the club by 12:15 pm for curling at 12:30. Finish 1:30 -1:45
It is all about having fun and meeting new friends while learning the fundamentals of curling. No experience is necessary, and the skill award program is used. The Prescott Curling Club supplies the brooms and the sliders.
Curlers must bring clean running shoes to wear on the ice – we need to keep the ice free of debris!
Bantam and Junior
Ages 13 – 20 years
Sunday – arrive at the club by 9:45 am for curling at 10:00. Finishes at 12:00pm
It is all about having fun and meeting new friends while fine tuning the techniques and learning the strategy of the game. The Prescott Curling Club supplies the brooms and the sliders.
The Rowan’s law was enacted on July 1, 2019, and concerns concussions. Everyone who participates in curling or any sport who is 26 or under must read the information presented and sign a confirmation to that effect. This confirmation will be kept on file and this procedure followed every year. There are three booklets of information (This information is also available on the registration page).
Please read the information for your age group and sign the confirmation sheet (available on registration page). It can be handed in to the youth program coordinator.
