Our Adult Learn to Curl program is designed for individuals 18+. It is a six-week program held on Tuesday nights from 7:00 until 8:30. The Fall classes is scheduled to take place on October 28.  The Winter classes will start on January 6th.

Our trainers will help you learn the basics of this great sport. If you have physical restrictions, our instructors will help you learn to use a delivery stick. 

At the end of this course, you will be able to propel a rock down the ice, brush effectively, know the rules of the game and be able to play the game at a novice level.

You will have the chance to play different positions: lead, second, third and skip and understand the requirements of each position. You will then be able to move on to almost any league after the course.
